The core team

What does the core team do?

  • The core team is the organising pivot that makes the network run. In addition to the core team, the network consists of active members (who participate in activities) and passive members (who follow from a distance, but are just as good at learning).
  • The core team develops an offer for (1) coaches and consultants and (2) companies and organisations.
  • The core team communicates about the offer and vision of the network. This is currently done via e.g. newsletter and website.

What is expected of you when you become a core team member

  • endorse the vision and offer as found on the website
  • participate in the (monthly) contact moments. These meetings alternate between short online ZOOM sessions (about 1 hour) on the one hand and physical meetings on the other hand (until now these took place at one of the members' premises on a weekday between 16:00 and 20:00).
  • commitment for at least 1 calendar year.
  • taking on tasks and developing joint initiatives (under the umbrella brand 'Corporate Rituals'). This according to your own drive, agenda, skills and knowledge.
  • it is important that you feel an affinity with rituals and Ancient Wisdom. Preferably you are already active within the business world as a coach, consultant, process facilitator. HR managers, change managers, executives also have the right profile.

What can you expect in return

  • As a member of the core team you are visible on the corporaterituals.be homepage
  • You can use the 'umbrella brand' corporate rituals in your own communication.
  • You can help shape the joint calendar of activities.
  • You join a well-functioning core team that has already been 'coasting' for a few years and has laid the initial foundations in terms of vision, operation and PR (e.g. website, database, etc.)

What the core team is not

  • Even though there is an informal exchange of knowledge and we experience the interaction at these meetings as nourishing, the meetings with the core team are primarily focused on organisational aspects that improve the network and keep it running (offering, communication, reaching out & networking...)
  • There is no organisational structure where you can delegate work to others. So you are part of an informal and self-managing network.
  • In principle you participate as an individual (and not as a representative of an organisation)

Principles from which we work

  • You come in the first place to bring rather than take. You do not act out of fear of scarcity, but you believe that through co-creation and sharing of knowledge and network we create abundance: 1+1=11!
  • Serving the greater whole. No one has a monopoly on (the old) wisdom.
  • Cost effective. There is no 'membership fee' that you have to pay in advance. Any costs that are inherent to the collective functioning (which is determined together) are settled proportionally at the end of the calendar year. The core team jointly determines the financial efforts that are to be made. For your information: in previous years, the core team always aimed and succeeded at achieving a financial balance.

Since ages, rituals have marked important transitional moments – connecting people with themselves, each other and all living systems. A ritual reminds us of the core of our existence, in relationship with our environment and a greater whole.

Corporate Rituals helps to make the wiring between day-to-day organizational reality and this larger living whole visible again. Everything is interrelated. The more aware we are of our interdependence, the better a team or an organization functions.

“We are very satisfied with our corporate ritual of December 12. These are the moments we need to embark in a stronger and more conscious way on our journey in the direction we defined together with the different regional and general directors."

For coaches, consultants and process facilitators

Our network organises intervision sessions for the active members and open events for everyone interested to participate and learn.

By exchanging knowledge and practitioner experience the members of the network reinforce each other’s skills to co-create and facilitate rituals in a corporate or organizational context.

Agenda training and development

For companies and organisations

We design and facilitate corporate rituals  for your employees, clients and stakeholders.

In our prive lives we often use rituals at a birth, a marriage or a funeral…  In ons privéleven gebruiken we vaak rituelen bij een geboorte, huwelijk of begrafenis... Companies & organisations also have such key moments.

Our offer for companies and organisations

"The power of rituals is that you feel, experience and embody something. You don't have this when you read an email or take a course. By fully living the experience, the memory becomes permanent and more anchored in the human system. Therefore this experience also becomes embedded in the corporate system. I would warmly recommend every business leader to more actively search for this."

Are you interested to join the core team of Corporate Rituals? Please first read this information.

In a ritual, we clearly define the time and space to experience, to practice and/or to establish something with unbiased attention. Each ritual starts from a clear intention. This requires a minimal form of structure and preparation. Through a ritual, participants usually connect with intentions, people and other beings, a certain state of mind or level of consciousness….

A ritual has a language that precedes words and is therefore a brief journey to the core of a theme or growth step. In this world without words, everyone can listen to his/her inner voice. A ritual provides a supportive context and a purposeful healing experience.

When a ritual has a more sacred & solemn character, we usually speak of a ceremony.

By Ancient Wisdom we mean the knowledge of how everything is dynamically interconnected.

It brings together insights from different spiritual sources from the four winds, and shamanic traditions of nature people from America, Africa, Australia, ancient Europe, Siberia and the polar regions.

It is good to know how certain contemporary insights from our Western system thinking fit in with this and even confirm this Ancient Wisdom.

Everyone who wants to actively contribute to knowledge sharing around Corporate Rituals is welcome. Membership assumes a give and take.

It is important that you have an affinity with rituals and Ancient Wisdom. Preferably you are already active within companies and organizations as a coach, process facilitator or consultant. Also people in leadership roles (HR and change managers, CEO’s, department heads, …) are welcome to join us.

As an active member you are invited to the intervision sessions that the network regularly organizes. You can also offer activities yourself. The communication channels of Corporate Rituals are there to support you.
